GREAT NEWS!!!
I have accomplished my first new heath resolution which is to reduce my weight to 46 KG. However, it isn't the way I wanted it to be. I am losing weight because I fall sick. This is actually the first time I went for a doctor during Chinese New Year. I do not dare to swallow the pills and therefore my situation has become worse. So here is an advice to you all, take the pill or take good care of yourself.
Apart from maintaining my weight between 46 to 47 KG, there are certain things that I want to change as well. My primary goal is to change my sleeping time. For the past four months, I have been used to sleep after 4 A.M.. I couldn't fall asleep before that no matter how tired I was. I want to change this habit slowly by starting to sleep at 12 A.M..
My second goal is to have more exercises. I want to play badminton and go to gym at least once a week. However, I will only work on this goal after I recovered from this sickness. Last but not least, I want to keep my weight in between 46 KG to 47 KG. Hopefully, by sleeping early and exercise more can help me to achieve my third goal.
